Listing Your Home
Natalie will help you establish the terms and conditions of the sale. You will be asked to sign a listing agreement, which gives Natalie permission to represent you in the marketing and sale of your home.  She will keep you informed with regular progress updates, changing market conditions and sales of other homes in the area. You will always know what actions Natalie is taking to sell your home.

Receiving an Offer
Receiving an offer is exciting! When a buyer is interested they will make an offer and put down a deposit. Natalie Bonnell will walk you though every step of this process, so you will understand all of the details and possible conditions with the offer. You may accept or reject the offer based on any terms or conditions presented by the buyer. You may also present a counter offer if you agree with some of the terms or conditions, but not all of them. A signed offer is a binding contract. Natalie will help you to understand all of the terms before you sign. She will be there to help you every step of the way!

Closing
Your Real Estate Agent Natalie Bonnell will supervise every step of the closing process to ensure the process goes smoothly. The sale closing may require a house inspection, title search or professional appraisal.
